Summer Shipping: All orders from May 15th - August 31st use FedEx Priority Shipping, ensuring quality with overnight delivery. Our packages include ice bricks and insulated liners to maintain cool temperatures.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated based on weight and delivery address.
PO Boxes: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes; a valid address must be provided to fulfill orders.
Tracking Information: Provided to customers when packages are received by the carrier.
Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically fulfilled within 7 business days. Delays will be communicated via email.

❄️ Winter Holiday Order Cut-Offs 2025
Holiday Order Holds: Any orders placed two to three weeks before the holiday ordering cut-off date will be automatically held for shipping until the designated shipping dates for that holiday to ensure freshness of the product. This occurs automatically unless specified otherwise in the order notes or by email. Rest assured, all orders that are placed on holiday hold will be delivered before the holiday.
Thanksgiving: Order by 11:59 PM CST on November 20th for delivery by November 26th, 2025.
Christmas & Christmas Eve: Order by 11:59 PM CST on December 16th for delivery by December 23rd-24th, 2025.
